Pondering with a Purpose--Stretch


Today's Prompt is Stretch
 
The first thing that came to my mind was exercise.
I stretch when I get up at 6:15 AM and then I grab a water and lace up my shoes.
Then my strectches before my hour workout and then more stretches afterwards for my cool down.
