APRIL A  To Z Challenge

I am participating in this years A-Z April Challenge. I love recipes so I thought I would blog recipes A to Z


Apricot Glazed Chicken


2 to 3 lbs. chicken pieces
1 {8 oz.} bottle Russian dressing or Catalina
1 Pkg. onion soup mix
1 jar Apricot preserves


Mix all ingredients except chicken. Place chicken pieces in 9 x 13 inch pan, skin side up. Pour dressing mixture over chicken.
Bake for 1 1/4 hours to 1 1/2 hours in preheated 350 degrees oven.
