Who's going to establish the criteria for who can have kids and who can't? What gives them the right?And what about those cases where people have kids and this prompts them to turn their lives around? Is anyone going to do screening on couples to see if they have an abusive background and say they can't have any kids then that way no worries on the children who gets killed by there parents?
