Rueben Casserole
1 large glass jar of sauerkraut, drained
1/2 lb corn-beef, chipped { break into small pieces}
1 lb Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 med. bottle of Thousand Island dressing
10 slices of Rye Bread, cubed
1 stick of butter
Saute bread cubes in 1 stick of butter to brown. Lawer in a 9 x 13 glass casserole. Sauerkraut, dressing, corn beef, swiss and cubed bread.
Bake 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
Bake cover for 15 minutes.
Bake uncover for 15 minutes.
