  I am participating in this years A-Z April Challenge. I love recipes so I thought I would blog recipes A to Z

Ice Cream Dream

60 Ritz crackers, roll fine
1/4 c. Sugar
1 Stick Butter, melted
1/2 Gal Vanilla Ice Cream, softened slightly
3 small pkg instant coconut pudding
1 c. milk
8 oz whipped topping
1/2 c. toasted coconut


Combine crackers, sugar and butter and spread in 9 x13 inch pan. Refrigerate until firm. In a bowl, mix ice cream, pudding, and milk, Spread whipped topping over ice cream mixture.
Sprikle toastred coconut over whipped topping. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
